Dance routines aren’t just a great way to shed some calories but collaborative ones make for a perfect bonding session. Music has always brought people closer, and a well-learned routine not only makes you aware of each other’s strengths but the flexibility makes you enjoy each other’s company.

That is exactly what Natasha Bharadwaj tends to do with her best friend. While she is quite famous for her fashion sense, her dance routines have captured our hearts. And while we are here taking notes about the next ‘it’ song to dance to, be it in a club or wedding – a studio to do all that can just come in handy. Or any other place in that case.

Here are 3 routines that are in our ‘save’ currently:
  • The All-Time Favorite:

Do we need to say Jalebi baby hasn’t already been in the dream dance routine of every girl? Put a spin on it and a chic outfit with moves that makes everyone’s heart flutter. Oh, and this works perfectly well for weddings too.

  • The Hip-Pop:

To be very honest, Lucky Boy from Bachna Ae Haseeno is one of my favorite songs of all time. The vibe of this song, beats and lyrics – makes you want to own the dance floor. Every step is more than just a dance move but is a workout in itself. Trade carefully because you might just want to ace this dance routine, and who better to accompany you, if it’s not your soul sister, right?

  • Make It Indian:

We’re imagining the perfect sangeet performance and this fits the bill. With jhumkas and twists and a classical song like that you are meant to shine. Don’t shy away from recording yourself dancing to these songs, because after all, it’s the memories that count which will deepen your love for one another.

Learn it as is or add your own statement moves to it and have fun dancing, and by the end of it, you never know what might come out of it.
