Here are five asanas she lives by:

Reverse Warrior Pose:

The reverse warrior pose enables us to reflect on who we are as individuals and Malaika believes that this pose can help us regain inner peace. The reverse warrior pose opens the throat and heart chakras and reduces the weariness of a long day. The best thing about this pose is that it increases flexibility and helps with blood flow.

Warrior Pose 2:

Virabhadrasana, also known as Warrior Pose 2, is one of the best asanas for increasing balance and stability in the body. It opens your chest and lungs and stimulates your body organs, hips, groin area, and shoulders.

If you are a person who struggles with their metabolism, then this asana will be your savior. Trikonasana focuses on metabolism and physical well-being. Malaika believes that the foundation of all body functions is metabolism, and this asana will target that, resulting in weight loss and a healthy core.

Three-Legged Down Dog:

This one is Malaika’s go-to asana for developing a strong core. She combines the pose with a lunge for better results. The good thing about this pose is that it is easy to perform. Malaika recommends practicing the pose at least 15 times throughout the session for the best results

The wheel posture, also known as Chakrasana, opens your heart to new experiences in all areas of your life. Malaika swears by this asana because it helps her tone her spine and abs. She advises starting a yoga sesh with this pose as it will work wonders for upper and lower body strength.
